We organised a blood donation campaign association with Lions Club & JDA. More than 400 parkites from Cyber Pearl & the V participated in the campaign and created a buzz around the activity hub. At the end of the session parkites expressed great individual satisfaction though this social activity.

Ascendas Hyderabad partnered with Concern India Foundation &Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh to organize and sponsor ‘KhelKhel Mein’, a sports day for underprivileged children. More than 200 children from various NGOs participated in athletic events like 100 meters race, relay race, sack race and lemon-spoon race etc. Fun events like tug of war and musical chairs were also conducted. We sponsored a team of 20 children and also contributed first-aid kits and trophies for the 200-strong team. The volunteers had a wonderful time with the kids who were all smiles and proud with a sense of achievement.

CyberPearl &The V participated in Tree plantation drive with an objective to promote awareness greener environment and the need to plant more trees. This activity was oragnised by Ascendas Hyderabad in association with Eco Drive Group & few NGOs who support this cause. Saplings were planted inside & outside the CyberPearl & The V parks by the associates during this drive.

Hyderabad Ascendasparkites walked for the Global Warming cause. With participation of over 700 parkites from Hyderabad Ascendas, the enthusiasts spread awareness about Global warming & climate change, and what people can do to prevent it. The 3.5 km walk started from The V &CyberPearl respectively, in HITEC city to CII Godrej Green Building Centre. It was overwhelming to see techies come together voluntarily for a social initiative that is global in nature, despite the scorching noon of Hyderabad summer.

Aug ’07 : Children’s Day Out at CyberPearl & V

On the eve of India’s 60th year of Independence, CyberPearl& the V celebrated the day with young students of Alpha School. More than 80 unprivileged children had a delightful experience while participating in numerous events like games, painting competition, gifts distribution, lunch and tour of Ascendas properties at Hyderabad.
